What counts as a design download?
Each design you download counts once per calendar month, however many formats you download it in. Downloading the same design again, as PES, DST, a ZIP of every format or anything else, doesn't use another download. Editing a design and downloading the new version counts as a new design.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Create a free account and you can use the digitizer, every setting, the stitch preview, the sew-out simulation and the design check without paying anything. You only need a plan to download embroidery files.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from My designs. Upgrades apply right away. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Do unused downloads roll over?
No. Your download count resets on the 1st of every month. Pro has no monthly limit.
Which file formats are included?
Every plan includes all formats: DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, PEC, U01 and TBF, plus SVG and a ZIP with all of them. That covers Brother, Baby Lock, Janome, Bernina, Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, Singer, Tajima, Melco, Barudan and most other machines.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly in advance, and renew automatically. Annual billing costs 60% less than paying monthly. Payment is handled securely by our payment processor; we never see your card number.
