How do I quote an embroidery job?
Price the embroidery from the stitch count (a rate per 1,000 stitches with a minimum per piece), add the garment with your markup, add a one-time digitizing fee for new designs, then discount and tax. This generator does the math and lays out a printable quote.
What should I charge per 1,000 stitches?
Many shops charge somewhere around $0.75 to $1.50 per 1,000 stitches with a per-piece minimum; your rate depends on your costs, area and quantity. The pricing calculator helps work out a rate that covers machine time.
How do I estimate stitches without the file?
Pick a size from the stitch estimate menu on each item, or use the stitch count calculator. Digitizing the logo gives the exact count.
Can I save the quote as a PDF?
Yes. Press Print or save PDF and choose Save as PDF in the print dialog. Printing needs a free account.
